This hotel has friendly check-in, convenient onsite parking, and is in a fantastic location near shopping malls, the zoo, and various dining options.

I enjoyed standard king room with microwave. The location was particularly good and incredible because it was really close to the best resturant for wings ever, restaurants in the area, and ATTRACTIONS:)))

The venue was low cost, I liked the stay and the location was phenomenal so close to a major highway, which obviously generates constant noise, good luck getting a good night's sleep and the expressway.

The units were perfectly clean on same card. They have a work desk, a coffee/tea maker, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. The location of the hotel is unbeatable, adjacent to the best resturant and the center of the rooms. There's Wendy's offering takeout not too far away from the venue.

The whole place was clean, and the staff were pleasant and welcoming, plus it's conveniently located within 25 km of the airport.

The breakfast buffet was not included even though I was told it would be when I booked our stay.

We stayed here for New Year's Eve and had a terrible night staying here. We just wanted to stay somewhere and enjoy a relaxing night in the hot tub. We went to check out the hot tub and it was out of order. We were really disappointed but then we went to the room and it smelled like someone just smoked a pack of cigarettes in our room. We talked to the manager and he said he would have housekeeping deodorize it which did not help so we asked him if we could have another room. He said no he wasn't giving us another room JUST bc the hot tub was broken. I explained again that it was bc our room smelled like smoke. He was rude but eventually put us in another room. We felt a lot better in the other room until we learned that there was a huge party going on across from us with so many people they were out in the hallway too. To top of off they were smoking weed and it was filling the hallway and our room. My husband wanted to complain again but we didn't want to seem like complainers and didn't want to feel with the rude manager again. I have never felt like my money was wasted more than it was that night. It was not a good way to start the new year.

This hotel provided a wonderful one-night stay with a spotless standard double room that included coffee and tea making facilities, along with a fridge.

During our recent stay for a business trip, we encountered some inconveniences such as delays in check-in and room cleanliness issues. However, the beds were comfortable, and the staff, though sometimes lacking attention, were friendly and helpful. The food was fair, but there were limited menu options. Despite the issues, the front desk attendant was very accommodating.

Unsafe location. Dirty hallways and cheap broken down place. The photos show beautiful weight room which made me select property.(Which it is ok but in a separate building.) but the hotel is a dive. Located in a .Run down high crime area. Would not book my worst enemy here.
